ATTENTION VENDORS
Camping sites are available for the weekend for only $25.00. However, Camper or RV parking
is without hookups, so your unit must be self-contained.
All campers and RVs will be parked outside of the Festival
enclosure. Parking in vendor spaces is not allowed this year.
Please note on your application that
you would like to arrange for camping space.

Once a Vendors contract and agreement is submitted and approved,
it is understood that the Vendor agrees to all terms, rules, and regulations and disclaimers by the Shenandoah Festival Fiber
Festival Board, committee, and their members and release same from all responsibility for damage and/or liability in any form.

IN THE FORM WITH YOUR PAYMENT IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED AS A VENDOR.
Vendor registration must be completed by August
31, '08. No monies will be returned if
vendor cancels after the above date.
Vendors may set up at the Berryville fair grounds beginning
Friday,
October 24 at 3 p.m. and must be ready for business by
9:30 a.m. Saturday remaining fully
operational until Sunday, October 26, 5:00 p.m.
