Located in picturesque Clarke County, Virginia, the Shenandoah Valley Fiber Festival is held at the Ruritan Fairgrounds in Berryville.  You will find easy access off US 7 about 13 miles east of Winchester.  There's plenty of parking, easy walking, and comfortable resting areas.
